We primarily support children and teenagers with developmental communication needs.
How do I get started?Please email us with your enquiry. We will follow up to gather some basic information, discuss your needs, and recommend an appropriate service. A quote will be provided before confirming any sessions.

You will work directly with your speech pathologist, without administrative intermediaries.

Based in Caroline Springs, we have long-standing experience working within the western suburbs and are familiar with local schools, services, and communities.
How are services funded?We support NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, as well as privately paying clients.
We do not process Medicare, TAC, or other third-party claims; however, invoices and receipts can be provided for you to arrange claims independently.
Please note we are unable to access NDIS interpreting and translation services.
How long are sessions?Assessment sessions are typically 2-3 hours. Therapy sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. Shorter sessions may be suitable for some clients, depending on their needs.
Contacting usAs a small practice, both clinicians are often in sessions during the day. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail, send a text message, or email us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where do you travel?We are based in Caroline Springs and service surrounding areas, generally within Brimbank and nearby suburbs.
Travel is charged based on time between clients. Where possible, we group clients within the same area to minimise travel costs.
Do you offer clinic-based sessions?No, we are a fully mobile service. Sessions are delivered in home, school, or community settings.
Do you offer weekend appointments?No, sessions are available on weekdays only.
Can sessions be held at school?Yes, where appropriate. This depends on the school’s policy regarding external providers. Some schools may charge a fee for use of their facilities.
