About Us

Step Right Health is a small, mobile speech pathology practice serving Melbourne's western suburbs. We specialise in children and adolescents, and we come to you — at home, kinder, or school — because therapy works best in the places kids already feel comfortable.

We're a small team who live and work locally in Caroline Springs. We care about making things easier for families, not harder. Whether your child is navigating a speech delay, a language difference, autism, or a developmental condition, we bring evidence-based practice and a genuinely down-to-earth approach to every session.

We're also experienced with the NDIS, so if you're finding the system a bit much, we're happy to help make sense of it alongside you.

We see therapy as a partnership. You know your child best — we just bring the tools. Between us, we speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and we have a deep respect for families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

If you'd like to find out whether we're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
